woodlands ward camp was fun. even though i was only there day 2 night to day 3. glad i counld even make it.i took a really long time coming up with a naming system for this batch of pictures. finally got it done and put some pictures together. (dont ask me to "post them all up". there's 500 of em.) though i WILL DEFINITELY be posting up more than this. this one is sorta like the preliminary round.top left you've got the YW playing fake twister. i intentionally posted up the relatively GLAM shot. sethrina on the right (one of my nicest pictures of her). "below her" is edlina, our wonderful secretary. the four guys on the bottom left is (clockwise) sam, wongwei (chairman), titus(vice chair) and his brother thaddus. notice the similarity of their 'hand actions'.

i finished 2 values this year (:what an accomplishment!(all thanks to mum for constantly reminding me!)i must finish personal progress by this year.MUST MUST MUST.just one more knowledge project to finish!can you feel that medallion? gosh.
they (stake YW presidency) gave us these cute little boxes according to the value that we finished. they always seem to find really fun stuff. (see how SHOPPING comes in?)

i just remembered that i forgot to tell you.the 7th of nov this month was e-learning for my IS module.in NP, the Interdisciplinary Studies modules are modules taken by everyone.i logged in at 10am to do my assignment for my lesson at 1pm.logged in at 1.20pm. (15 mintues = late; 15< = absent) so technically, i WAS absent.
they sent me a mail to my np mailbox and a REAL(snail mail) letter addressed to my mum.it's the most hilarious mail i've ever received. even my advisor (like a form teacher kinda thing) was like, "that's really funny, it sounds like you're a rebel." ---------------------------------------------------------Dear KANDACE LIM HUI FANG,Your attendance record shows that you have been missing classes lately. can you spot that black beetle thing in the flower? it's HUGE.
it makes a really loud buzzing sound.
this is either jhati or gambir. i can't tell. i this it's probably jhati cos of the
pink pigmentations on the trunk. elephant ride!

aight kids this is a real croc. good thing the glass wall was clean. i managed to get a quick shot of this very interesting skin texture/pattern. can you imagine having grids on your skin? amazing.

OTTERS.the otters are real cute. it was around feeding time(they knew) and they were like making the otter sound. (i don't really know how to spell it.)OTTERS CAN SWIM REALLY WELL.they're like... fish.

went down to the zoo on saturday to say hi to my zoo friends (of what's left of them, since a new manager has come in and loads of em either got sacked or quit on their own accord.)i took like 489 pictures.yeah that's quite a lot. so i can't put all of them in one post. it'll be spread out. for today, it's the parrots! (hang around for the new KIDS WORLD.)

this is AIMI and paris, the blue gold macaw. aimi has such a cool family, they ALL work in the zoo. her parents work in the zoo corporate office if i'm not wrong. her brother works in the zoo as well. pretty awesome if you ask me.

when you're down in the dumps, looking at the moon and being all emo and stuff
sometimes you wish that someone like buzz will intercept that great beam of light and say "buuuu-zz lightyear to the rescue!"
it hardly ever is that obvious but there are those out there that give you that much needed advise or words of comfort. sometimes, it happens so often that you don't even recognise it.
make an effort to recognise it today.
p.s. i like the effect i did on buzz. he's cool.

mum was clearing out our old toys and books and we sorted out our senitmental stuff. i was rather amused by all of it. i've only managed to get one shot of ONE old toy that i set aside for a photography session(haha. he's like my model.) and there's a whole waiting line up ahead.
i had to leave for thanksgiving rehearsal at BTC. the rehearsal was smashing. the YW who were there were me, myra, ruth, amanda and sethrina. the others had stuff on like school, band, EXAMS TO STUDY FOR, etc.
mrt home was hilarious.
"99.999, the almost perfect ten."
(when i got home i was browsing through pictures from 2004 onwards. memories guys.. memories. those were the days. so much has changed. it's good to take a step out of life for a while and bask on the good old memories. what harm can it do anyway?)
seminary and institute graduation

HAPPINESS OVERFLOWING.i graduated from seminary yesterday. congrats to all my fellow year 4 buddies.ally gave a really nice and well prepared talk. seminary has helped me learn more and have a greater appreciation for the scriptures. i won't forget the warrior guy with the McDonald's tray and the toothpick. HAHA. wonderful memories.i'll be attending institute now (:so excited. i'll prolly post up the picture of the cert next time. for now, just a couple of pictures cos i'm a little lazy to post up the rest. blogger takes a while to load pictures.
