i THOUGHT i had a theme in mind (we were supposed to)
but it didnt really work.
so i had to resort to taking EVERYTHING i saw,
which wasn't really ideal.
it just doesnt really work that way you know.
so that explains the no-linked pictures.
we went throught everyone's pictures today, may 16.
mine has loads of flaws.
we submitted 10 each, but these are the nicer ones i suppose.
the others are too gross to be posted up.
one big problem with my pictures are that they don't say anything.
like.. they dont tell a story.
you look at it and you might go like. OOH. NICE.
but that's really all it is.
like what the guy holding this course (terence) said.
"they're just pretty pictures. postcard pictures. wallpapers.. they don't tell you any story."
need to improve!
one of the more common sights in little india. peeling paint, older buildings. this looks a little chinese-y-ish right??
we swinged by one of the many temples there. these bells are at the door. as you can see, they're all worn down and they look silved. the original ones were gold. they all sweep ther hands across the row of bels when they enter and exit. i wonder what's the significance.
spotted this sight as we were walking around. check out the wall, then check out the white linen. what a contrast.
oh ya. this one was taken in the temple as well. it's some center thingy.
right at the entrance. it would have been a nicer picture
without the guy actually. he's distracting!
